Kira Smith, founder of Precious Scars Studio, turned the simple accident of breaking a bowl into a lifelong obsession with Kintsugi (the Japanese craft of repairing ceramics and adorning the breaks with gold). Drawn to its philosophy of embracing imperfections during her own healing journey, Kira hopes to foster a sense of community through her work, helping others honor their scars with grace and empathy.
