Community and Operations Manager (Maternity Cover)

Art Hub Studios is seeking a Community and Operations Lead to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of its studios, public programme and community partnerships during a 13-month maternity cover period. This pivotal role combines operational management with relationship-building, supporting artists, tutors, partners and the wider public. Working closely with the Directors, you will coordinate courses, residencies, outreach activity and events, manage studio systems and facilities, and act as a key liaison with local authorities and delivery partners including Lewisham Council, Greenwich Council and Charlton Athletic Community Trust. This is a varied, people-focused role suited to someone highly organised, proactive and confident working within a small arts organisation.
