Head of School

The Art Academy is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of School to lead the strategic development of its education portfolio, including Higher Education programmes, Short Courses, and community outreach. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will drive academic excellence, uphold high standards of student experience and pastoral care, and ensure the Academy remains innovative, inclusive, and aligned with its charitable mission. This senior leadership role involves shaping curriculum, strengthening partnerships, overseeing staff and budgets, and contributing to organisational planning at executive level. As a public-facing figurehead, you will help define the future direction of a respected arts education institution.
