Experienced Creative Digital - Fine Art Print Studio

Worton Hall Studios, a leading fine art print and production studio in Isleworth, West London, is seeking an Experienced Creative Digital Operator to join its team on a full-time, permanent contract. Salary: £28,000–£34,000 per annum (depending on experience). Working within a fast-paced, hands-on studio, you’ll collaborate with artists and creative professionals to produce high-quality fine art prints. Responsibilities include file preparation, colour management, large-format printing, and maintaining studio equipment. This is a practical, detail-focused role requiring excellent digital and technical skills, precision, and communication — ideal for a proactive creative passionate about fine art printing and professional studio production.

Key skills:

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience with RIP software and large-format digital printing

Strong colour management and technical precision

Organisational and workflow management skills

Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
