Experienced Creative Digital - Fine Art Print Studio

Worton Hall Studios, a leading fine art production studio in Isleworth, West London, is seeking an experienced Creative Digital Operator to join its team on a full-time, permanent contract. Salary: £28,000–£34,000 per annum (depending on experience). The role involves preparing artwork, managing print files, and operating large-format printers to produce museum-quality fine art prints. Working closely with artists and printmakers, you’ll ensure precise colour management, efficient workflow, and exceptional technical accuracy. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, detail-driven creative with a passion for fine art printing and hands-on studio production within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key skills:

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency

Experience with RIP software and large-format printing
