FOH Commercial and Operations Manager

Lewisham Council is recruiting a FOH Commercial and Operations Manager to lead the Front of House, bar, and commercial hire operations at the Broadway Theatre and new venue spaces in Catford. This permanent, full-time role focuses on driving income from events, weddings, and bar services, while ensuring high standards of customer service and operational compliance. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, commercially minded, and confident managing multiple spaces, teams, and events. Evening and weekend work is required, with enhancements provided.

Key skills:

Proven experience in commercial income generation (bars, hires, events)

Strong leadership and team management in a theatre or venue setting

Health & Safety and operational compliance expertise
