In Deptford, we’ve collaborated with Second Floor Studios and Arts to build a new and lasting creative community to Deptford Foundry. We led the fit out and delivery of over eighty brand new studio spaces : that’s 30,000 square feet of workspace for up to 160 creative people, all on an exceptionally long lease of 250 years.
Other community projects range from garden and nightclub ‘Grow Tottenham’ to high street regeneration through shopfronts, artworks, lighting, and funding bids for Streatham and South East London. We design large scale artworks for public spaces, whether temporary installations or durable sculptures. Our work in Architecture naturally leads to product designs: Our refurbishment of the National Opera Studio included the ‘Halo’ shade as a focal centrepiece, whilst a domestic project for a client delighting in textures resulted in cast origami ceramic tiles.
Delivering special projects of all scales for world-renowned practices has given us the practical design, management, and problem solving skills needed to create clarity in complex situations. We win funding, develop designs, and collaborate with great people to get things built.
