Apprentice Teaching Assistant - Sydenham After School Club

Your application will be unsuccessful if you have formally enrolled or completed an Education and childcare related qualification or apprenticeship at Level 3 or above.
You won’t be able to participate in full-time education whilst on an apprenticeship.
Able to commit to working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
You must meet the minimum levels required in functional skills or equivalent in Math and English for the apprenticeship: Level 2
You will need to provide evidence of your results. I can advise you on ways to provide these.
If you have not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, you must* do so whilst on the apprenticeship before taking the end-point assessment. *You will be assigned a tutor to help you achieve this whilst training for your apprenticeship.
Have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years or more.
Are committed to the full duration of time required for the apprenticeship approx. This apprenticeship is 18+ months.
Are willing to attend Lewisham College one day a week. Is your length of travel to the place of work, Sydenham (SE26) and Lewisham College suitable and realistic for 18 months?
You will be unable to apply if you have formally enrolled or completed a level 3 or higher apprenticeship in education and childcare.
